Enrique Gonzalez is the Founder and CEO of Mandala CPA PLLC, a CPA firm based in Northern Virginia specializing in outsourced accounting services for nonprofit organizations and small businesses. With nearly a decade of experience, Enrique has built a reputation as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor in the field.
Enrique began his career at Falcon Sanchez & Associates PSC, where he honed his expertise as an auditor for nonprofit organizations and prepared business tax returns for small enterprises. He then joined The Ijaz Group as an accountant, providing outsourced accounting services to nonprofits in the Washington, DC metro area. During his tenure, Enrique advanced to manager, overseeing multiple client engagements and leading a remote team. He became a go-to resource for clients and colleagues on topics like USGAAP, Uniform Guidance, financial reporting, audit readiness, Form 990 compliance, and payroll taxes.
Today, as the founder of Mandala CPA PLLC, Enrique continues to support a diverse range of nonprofit and small business clients across multiple states, helping them navigate the complexities of accounting and financial compliance with confidence.
